By using Probe Intent (the "Service"), provided by Cybrix, LLC, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service performs automated, AI-generated site audits using a language model. Reports are the output of a language model and may contain inaccuracies. The Service is provided "as is," with no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, and is not professional consulting advice.
Access to paid tiers is currently provisioned manually and may take up to a few days after payment.
You must own the audited site or have authorization to audit it. Illegal targets are prohibited. We may refuse or terminate runs (rate limits, abuse, prohibited targets).
We fetch only publicly accessible pages, respect robots.txt, and identify ourselves with a user-agent.
The free tier has limits. Paid subscriptions are handled by Stripe on the stated billing cycle. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
Refunds: we do not offer pro-rated refunds or refunds for unused periods; refunds are at our discretion for service failures.
Custom agreements: for the Team tier and above, individual terms are available — volume, invoicing, an SLA, and a DPA — negotiated directly; contact legal@probeintent.com.
Reports are public-by-link (anyone with the link can view). You are responsible for who you share links with. We may remove a report that violates these Terms.
You retain rights to your site content. We retain rights to the Service and the report format. You may use and share your reports freely.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." CYBRIX, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND THE ACCURACY OF AI OUTPUT.
CYBRIX, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY IS CAPPED AT THE FEES YOU PAID IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes on the site or by email.
